The pro-life organizations are petitioning the state supreme court to allow them to intervene in the case brought by Planned Parenthood and are being represented by The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty and the Thomas More Society.<\/p>\n<p>There is no right to abortion in the Wisconsin Constitution. Planned Parenthood is asking the court to wrench the state constitution to find a right to \u201cself-determination\u201d which includes in their argument a right to abortion.
