Cole presented the proposal on behalf of Do No Harm, an organization of medical professionals who oppose adding a \u201cpolitical agenda\u201d to the healthcare industry.<\/p>\n<p>Cole is making a valid point. Does the gender identity issue go both ways? The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission says employers can\u2019t discriminate based on gender identity. Well, Detransitioners are trying to regain their biological gender.
