Joseph Kohm, Director of Public Policy for Family Policy Alliance, says this is, quote, \u201cone of the most important cases for protecting vulnerable children since the <em>Dobbs<\/em> decision overturning <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Should the high court uphold these laws commonly known as Help Not Harm laws, that would mean that similar laws in twenty-one other states would also be deemed constitutional and would give the green light for other states to follow suit.
