The total budget of all funds \u2014 excluding Fund 73 \u2014 is roughly $70.6 million and net total expenditures are $65,040,309.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Most districts are educating fewer and fewer kids and spending keeps increasing. There\u2019s always an excuse. Inflation. Old buildings. Whatever. At some point, should spending decrease with the student population? No, it\u2019s not linear, but I don\u2019t think I\u2019ve seen a single district actually lower their spending even though many of them have lost well over 10% of their previous attendance. It\u2019s not like this is a temporary bubble.
