They found that only 23% of businesses say that the state\u2019s economy is doing well, and 3\/5 of them expect it will either stay as it is, or decline over the next six months.<\/p>\n<p>Nick Novak with Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, who hosted the study, says the biggest concern is just how much everything costs to keep the lights on.<\/p>\n<p>Novak said, \u201cThere\u2019s no doubt that higher costs are really putting a strain on our economy here in Wisconsin.
