Parents of a thirteen-year-old biological male identifying as a girl brought the lawsuit alleging their son has been denied his rights under Title Nine. The judge says the district must let this biological male use the girls\u2019 facilities while the case is ongoing. A similar case is going on in Mukwonago.<\/p>\n<p>Elkhorn District Administrator Jason Tadlock says he\u2019s had calls from parents saying they are taking their kids out of the school because of this decision. Of course parents concerned about the safety and privacy, especially of their daughters, are making these choices.
