Today we celebrate the 237th anniversary of this historic event. Combined with Constitution Day, we also recognize Citizenship Day. This year more than 17,000 people will become new citizens in hundreds of naturalization ceremonies.<\/p>\n<p>Founder John Adams noted, \u201cOur Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.\u201d Adams was essentially saying our Constitution works as long as we largely live according to the truths of Christianity.
