This awards program, sponsored by Wisconsin Manufacturers &amp; Commerce, Baker Tilly, and Michael Best &amp; Fredrich LLP, showcases Wisconsin\u2019s leading industry, which generates over $71 billion in economic output each year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis program pays tribute to the men and women who go above and beyond to excel within Wisconsin\u2019s vibrant manufacturing sector,\u201d said Kurt Bauer, President &amp; CEO of WMC. \u201cOur state\u2019s manufacturers are supporting their communities, creating jobs, investing in their employees, innovating incredible products, and fostering economic growth. We\u2019re glad to highlight and honor them through these awards.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The MOTY Awards program acknowledges the pivotal role manufacturers play in Wisconsin\u2019s economy: their innovations, philanthropy, technological advances, commitment to customer satisfaction and quality jobs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBaker Tilly is delighted to open the 36th annual Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year awards with WMC and Michael Best,\u201d said Greg Sofra, leader of Baker Tilly\u2019s manufacturing practice in the state of Wisconsin. \u201cAs a founding host, we\u2019re looking forward to continuing to honor the achievements of Wisconsin manufacturers and to highlight the importance of the manufacturing industry in our region.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Manufacturers of all sizes and from every corner of Wisconsin are encouraged to apply. Companies can be nominated by a third party, and self-nominations are also encouraged. The deadline to submit applications is Dec. 6, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a founding host of the Manufacturer of the Year Awards, Michael Best is excited to kick off the 36th annual program with WMC and Baker Tilly,\u201d said David Krutz, Firm Managing Partner of Michael Best. \u201cWe are looking forward to celebrating once again the extraordinary manufacturing industry in Wisconsin and to shining a spotlight on how manufacturers are creating countless opportunities for the people and communities of our great state.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Winners will be announced at a black tie awards ceremony on Feb. 20, 2025, in Milwaukee.
