Groups Will Host Nationwide Webinar to Help School Districts Understand and Respond to New Title IX Regulations<\/em><\/h3>\n

The News:\u00a0<\/strong>As K-12 education leaders across the country face an increasingly complex Title IX regulatory regime, the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL), the Defense of Freedom Institute for Policy Studies (DFI), and the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) released today a crucial resource guide. Titled \u201cProtecting Title IX: A Resource Guide for School Boards,\u201d this guide aims to empower school boards with the legal insights needed to understand and respond to the complex Title IX requirements of the federal government. A national webinar will take place on\u00a0November 20, 2024, at 1 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n
