WILL said changes to both the Forward Exam and state report cards have created an accountability system that outright hides declining academic achievement.<\/p>\n<p>Our schools should expect and encourage excellence from students, not mediocrity. DPI attempting to hide the academic decline helps no one and is a disservice to students and to parents who want the best education for their children. WILL is right.
