Since its enactment, Act 10 has saved taxpayers billions of dollars and provided state and local governments with far greater budget flexibility.<\/p>\n<p>Following the decision, Wisconsin Manufacturers &amp; Commerce (WMC) President &amp; CEO Kurt R. Bauer released the below statement:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis ruling is wrong on its face and is inconsistent with the law.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAct 10 is not only constitutional, it is a critical tool for policymakers and elected officials to balance budgets and find taxpayer savings.
