This week the US Supreme Court narrowly denied a request to review the lower court\u2019s dismissal of this case based on a lack of standing. The lower court asserted that the parents cannot challenge the policies until their children have been harmed by them. The merits of the case were never heard.<\/p>\n<p>While this news is disappointing, we know it is not the end of the line when it comes to fighting for parental rights in Wisconsin and across the US.
