Cardona<\/em> that blocks the Biden administration\u2019s unlawful attempt to change the meaning of \u201csex\u201d in Title Nine to include \u201cgender identity.\u201d Title Nine was designed to create equal opportunities for women in education and athletics and to protect them from sex-based discrimination. The district court ruling applies nationwide and to every part of the Biden Title Nine rule, meaning it is completely invalidated and unenforceable.<\/p>\n<p>Wisconsin Family Action, our sister organization, was proud to sign onto a friend-of-the-court brief in this important case defending female athletes and women in academia.
