Several nations have tried to incentivize childbirth, but those methods rarely make a difference because the underlying issue is that younger generations don\u2019t view raising children as a main priority in their lives.<\/p>\n<p>The root cause of declining birth rates is a lack of a pro-life culture that celebrates marriage, family, and children as a common good. We need to create a culture that sees raising a family as fulfilling life\u2019s greatest calling, rather than as an inconvenience or a roadblock to pursuing worldly happiness or secular success.
