Wimmer requested a religious exemption from using names or pronouns inconsistent with some coworkers\u2019 biological sex. His manager denied the request deeming Wimmer\u2019s position a violation of company policy. WILL\u2019s complaint asserts that the company violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act which prohibits religious discrimination.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Both the US Constitution and our state constitution give every citizen the right to express and live by their religious beliefs.
