As elected officials continue to push harmful gender ideology, Representative Brill says this provision will protect Wisconsin\u2019s civil rights laws from manipulation and ambiguities, especially concerning women\u2019s rights.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">As lawmakers work at both the federal and state level to protect women\u2019s spaces and sports from biological men, birth certificates must remain an accurate source of biological reality. Common sense and biology clearly declare that men and women are not the same.
