Essentially one of Evers\u2019 administrative units wanted licensed marriage and family therapists and counselors to be able to encourage so-called gender transition and same-sex orientation but would punish them for trying to answer questions and truly help confused individuals. This decision gives Evers an open door to use his bureaucratic agencies to push the LGBTQ agenda, bypassing the legislature.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The Wisconsin high court has again usurped its authority, ignoring the rule of law by making law rather than interpreting the law. The liberal justices have repeatedly shown that they have an agenda and will not let the law get in their way.
