Liberty Counsel, which represented the plaintiffs, said in a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lc.org\/newsroom\/details\/040623-final-judgment-against-fl-counseling-bans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span>statement<\/span><\/a>\u00a0that the judge\u2019s order should \u201cbe a warning to any government that has not repealed similar counseling bans<\/span>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span>Several municipalities in Wisconsin have audaciously enacted these bans that blatantly violate counselors\u2019 First Amendment freedoms and rob confused minors of the real help and hope they need.
