In her new role, Elizabeth will oversee IRG\u2019s day-to-day administrative and business functions. She originally joined IRG in 2022 as a Senior Policy and Operations Advisor.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u201cIRG\u2019s explosive growth over the last several years requires someone of Elizabeth\u2019s caliber to assist in driving operational excellence and efficiency. Her state government experience includes working in former Gov. Walker\u2019s Administration as his Appointments Director; a Division Administrator for Policy Development at the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services; and a cabinet-level position at the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance.
