WMC Senior Director of Workforce, Education & Employment Policy Rachel Ver Velde joined Matt Kittle on the Vicki McKenna Show to discuss the findings of WMC Foundation\u2019s latest report, Wisconsin\u2019s Demographic Dilemma.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur members\u2019 number one concern is the workforce shortage,\u201d shared Ver Velde. \u201cThis is not a problem that is going to go away anytime soon. We don\u2019t have the people here to fill these positions. It\u2019s a huge problem for the business community and it\u2019s going to be for years ahead unless we make some significant policy reforms.\u201d<\/p>\n
