Supreme Court Rules 40.15\">SCR 40.15<\/a>, shall be in substantially the following form:<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"qs_anomaly_\" data-path=\"\/statutes\/statutes\/19\/i\/01\/1\/_2\" data-page=\"(page 1)\" data-section=\"19.01\" data-cites=\"[]\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">State of Wisconsin, County of &#8230;.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"qs_anomaly_\" data-path=\"\/statutes\/statutes\/19\/i\/01\/1\/_3\" data-page=\"(page 1)\" data-section=\"19.01\" data-cites=\"[]\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">I, the undersigned, who have been elected (or appointed) to the office of &#8230;., but have not yet entered upon the duties thereof, swear (or affirm) that I will support the constitution of the United States and the constitution of the state of Wisconsin, and will faithfully discharge the duties of said office to the best of my ability. So help me God.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">The <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.legis.wisconsin.gov\/constitution\/wi_unannotated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wisconsin Constitution<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\"> is only 17 pages long.
