The legal teams took a recess to hammer out the details, and it remains unclear how the case will proceed.<\/p>\n<p>Hunter Biden\u2019s legal team announced last month that he would plead guilty to two federal misdemeanor tax-related charges.<\/p>\n<p>As The Center Square previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecentersquare.com\/national\/article_df8060ca-0f70-11ee-a334-1b3f53017df2.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>reported<\/strong><\/a>, public court documents show that Biden also faced a charge related to possessing a gun while being a drug user.
