WILL continues to expand and is announcing additional litigation hires this summer and fall as we prepare for important legal battles ahead.\u201d\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Background:\u00a0<\/strong>Skylar\u00a0is Associate Counsel at WILL. He graduated second in his class from the University of Wisconsin Law School, Order of the Coif. There, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the\u00a0<em>Wisconsin Law Review<\/em>. He then clerked for Chief Justice Patience Drake Roggensack before serving as her Executive Assistant. After that, he clerked for Justice Rebecca Grassl Bradley.\u202fHe has published numerous scholarly articles, which have been cited by multiple state supreme courts.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Skylar also is a Master of Liberal Arts Candidate at Harvard University, where he studies government through Harvard Extension School. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical &amp; Computer Engineering, summa cum laude, from Norwich University, the Military College of Vermont.
