Enforcement of the law would be handled by the various state board\u2019s that issue the professional licenses for the various types of health care providers.<\/p>\n<p>Responsible lawmakers understand that it is harmful not helpful to minors to surgically remove perfectly healthy body parts or to use drugs to interfere with normal physiological development. The short-term and long-term effects are significant and often irreversible.
