In part, the proclamation says, \u201cthis month the state of Wisconsin joins families, friends, and dedicated individuals and organizations\u2026in honoring the memory and the lives of those lost during pregnancy or infancy and showing encouragement and support for families forever devastated by their loss.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ten to twenty percent of known pregnancies end in miscarriage. At Wisconsin Family Council we believe all human life should be cherished.
