Nye wrote, quote, &#8220;The state of Idaho has an interest in protecting the privacy and safety of its youth while at school. It has written a law to achieve that goal\u2026,\u201d adding that it is the court\u2019s duty to interpret the law, not make the law.<\/p>\n<p>Wisconsin also has an interest in protecting the privacy and safety of its youth while at school. That\u2019s why the legislature should pass, and the governor should sign, the Protect Women\u2019s Sports bills.
