The now-denied petition filed with the Wisconsin Supreme Court was plagued with misleading, misinformed, and nonsensical legal arguments. The unanimous Court was right to reject the case. If choice opponents try again, WILL stands ready to defend these critical programs for Wisconsin children and their families.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Additional Background:\u00a0<\/strong>On November 13th, WILL filed an amicus brief and a motion to intervene in a lawsuit seeking to overturn Wisconsin\u2019s widely popular and successful school choice programs.
