At the core of this petition is Article one, Section one of the Declaration of Rights in our State Constitution, which reads: \u201cAll people are born equally free and independent, and have certain inherent rights; among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Amazingly, Planned Parenthood says these inherent rights include self-determination, which includes having an abortion. Of course, the abortion giant is completely ignoring the first and most basic inherent right\u2014life.
