However, recently Louisiana’s governor signed a law that requires the Ten Commandments to be posted in every classroom; and this week, Oklahoma’s state superintendent ordered all public schools to have a copy of the Bible in the classroom and to teach lessons on the Bible.
The liberals are screaming, but the reality is displaying the Ten Commandments doesn’t force anyone to follow or believe them, and much of our Western culture has been directly influenced by biblical teachings, not to mention the history that is recorded in the Bible, as well as the beautiful literature in books such as Psalms. Good teaching should include instruction about and from the Bible.
