Last week, Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul united with 16 states to sue the Trump Administration over a January executive order protecting children. The order withholds funding from hospitals and other medical providers that administer transgender drugs and surgeries for minors. Kaul claims the executive order is unconstitutional and fails to respect “individual liberty and equal rights.”

Sadly, Attorney General Kaul has allowed his allegiance to a radical leftist agenda to overshadow his oath to faithfully and impartially discharge the duties of his office. He fails to acknowledge the irreversible harm associated with these drugs and procedures. Protecting children from harmful drugs and surgeries does not violate the constitution.
