WMC Foundation recently released a report on the newest US Census Data entitled “Wisconsin’s Demographic Dilemma.” WMC’s Vice President of Communications & Marketing Nick Novak discussed the findings of the report with WCLO’s Stan Milam.
“Wisconsin is one of 14 states that has a median age over the age of 40,” Novak shared. Novak also discussed solutions for increasing our population, growing our workforce and increasing our labor force participation rate.
