1. What’s the biggest issue you’re hearing about from your constituents?
The biggest issue affecting my constituents is the same as it is for a lot of people, across the state and nationwide: inflation. Many families work hard to stretch their budgets as far as possible, but with the price of everything from utilities to eggs continuing to rise, it’s getting harder and harder to make ends meet.
2. If you were King for a day, what reform would you enact?
I would eliminate state income tax. I think anything we can do to ensure our hard-working citizens keep as much of their money as possible, the better. It’s better for the taxpayers, better for the economy and better for society in general.
3. Tell us something that people don’t know about you?
I’m a huge soccer fan. I love watching and playing soccer, but the best part about it is coaching my kids. I really enjoy working with kids and helping to grow the sport.
