Wisconsin voters are strongly opposed to the government mandating electric vehicles and banning gas-car bans, according to a new poll from the state’s largest business organization, Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC).

“The Biden-Harris administration is completely out of step with where the voting public is,” said WMC’s Scott Manley.

According to the poll, this issue is important for voters as they make decisions about casting their ballots in the election this year, with 62% of respondents saying a gas-car ban is a factor in their vote. Chief among issues for voters is inflation/the economy. 92% of voters, democrat and republican, claim this is a ‘very important’ issue for them heading to the polls this fall.
