The America First Policy Institute has accused the cities of La Crosse, Madison, and Oshkosh of breaking early voting law by gerrymandering poll locations ahead of the pivotal Wisconsin Supreme Court election on April 1st. The Institute asserts that the three cities are setting up in-person absentee voting sites in historically left-leaning parts of the cities to the advantage of liberal candidates. If true, it would be a violation of state law.

All eyes are on Wisconsin ahead of this critical Supreme Court race. Our elections should be above reproach. Controversies such as this one do nothing to help voter confidence in a state that has already dealt with several election scandals. Free and fair elections are a cornerstone of our representative republic. Wisconsinites deserve transparency and truth from election officials.
