US Senator Roger Marshall and other Republican Congress members are introducing the Defining Male and Female Act of 2025 which would codify Trump’s executive order establishing only two genders–male and female- into law. Trump’s order was written in response to many cases of biological men participating in women’s sports and entering women’s spaces. Republican lawmakers recognize that executive orders must become legislation to have a lasting impact.

This bill takes a firm stand against harmful gender ideology by declaring the biological reality and common sense that men and women cannot change their gender. Our Creator does not make mistakes. I trust our Wisconsin delegation will fully support this and other legislation that grounds our nation in objective truth.
