In a shocking new study from the Ethics and Public Policy Center, researchers found that nearly 11% of women who took the abortion pill Mifepristone had serious adverse reactions such as hemorrhaging, infection, and sepsis. This number is 22 times higher than what is currently reported by the FDA. As democrat legislators attempt to pass bills in Wisconsin that would remove almost all safety precautions that currently surround the administration of this medication, this report is especially concerning.
Chemical abortion, which includes the abortion pill Mifepristone, is the method in two-thirds of all abortions. But still, women are routinely told the adverse effects associated with these drugs are rare, if they are made aware of the risks at all. It’s time for the FDA and abortionists to be honest with women about the damage these drugs can do to their bodies.
