Practicing Christians also donated more money on average than non-Christians. According to the research, to be a practicing Christian, a person has to “identify as Christian, attend church at least once a month, and consider their faith very important in their lives.”
Generosity should certainly characterize someone who says they are a Christian. It’s encouraging to see research confirms this is happening. Families are the primary teachers of the next generation when comes to financial stewardship and generosity which should include regular giving to a church, as well as investing in other charitable organizations.
